This villa is situated at Póvoa de Varzim 28 km north from Oporto and 18 km from the airport Francisco Sá Carneiro. Póvoa considers itself to be a “ city of leisure” due to its spaces, equipments and to its privileged location: the starting point of excursions into the urban and rural areas of northwest Portugal such as Oporto, Viana do Castelo, Guimarães and the Gerês National Park. The Linda-Inês villa is located in the center of this city, a few minutes walk from all kind of services and beaches.
10 minutes from the house you will find metro station to Porto, Matosinhos, airport, etc.
This confortable and cosy villa has two floors. At the ground floor you will find the living/dining room with doors leading to the front garden, the kitchen with breakfast table and full equipped, the bathroom and a small living room wich can be another bedroom ideal for elderly persons and wheelchairs. At the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and one showeroom. The surface area in the two floors is about 250 m2 and the garden/patio has 200m2. This three fronts house is located in a very calm place, but in the same time, very close to nightclubs, restaurants, A-road/motorway, shops and just 10 minutes walk from the beach.
Only house rates for 8 people. From 29 June to 07 Sept. rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
A damage deposit of 300 euros should be paid at arrival.
Rental conditions: 30% for reservation.
Included services: house linen, final cleaning.
