Spacious family house set in 1500m2 of peacefull and quiet place.
Four spacious bedrooms - One upstairs with ensuite bathroom and private balconie, 3 downstairs opening onto patio and pool área. One with ensuite bathroom and the other two share one complete bathroom. Extra toilet room. Very comfortable living room with fire-place, satellite TV and DVD.
Dining area, spacious well equipped kitchen - electric, microwave cooking, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffe machine, cattle. The laundry room has washing machine plus all ironing facilities.
Swimming pool 10x5 with Pool Heating available.
Location: The 'Sharma' villa is approximately 20 minutes from Faro Airport and 15 minutes (car) from the nearest beach. The area where our villa is situated, is renowned for its tranquillity, away from the hustle/bustle of the town and has easy motorway access to all pricipal cityes, Faro (10minutes) and Tavira (20 minutes). We can also provide a taxi service, BBQ preparation and cooking, extra shopping and meals for your arrival . Maid Service - Iqbal comes 2 mornings a week

The usual check-out time is 10am, we need some time after this to clean up and make sure everything is ready for the next party and check-in is normally anytime after 2pm. Please let me know what time your flight will be. If you are arriving early we will try to have the villa ready as soon as possible. |
