This villa really is a heaven for a holiday, spacious with 400 m2 and very private, also extremely well located for excursions both up and down the Costa Verde being about 120 km from Spain and 20 km from Oporto. If you like dinning beside the River Douro at Ribeira, 20 minutes it’s how long it takes once you get use to the roads. |

Outside there is a 10 x 5 meters swimming poll, toilet, shower and a large covered sitting area, which is useful during peak sun hours where you can enjoy your meals and watch the kids in the pool. If you prefer the beach, Praia D’AREIA is only 2 km down the road.
There is very little development in the immediate vicinity but you will find small shops 2 km down the road at Areia. Restaurants, supermarkets and all amenities are available 5 Km in the town of Vila do Conde, including the famous market on fridays.
The grounds with 10000 m2 are ideal for children to run around and you can enjoy the seasonal fruits as you walk along.
Local activities: there is also 2 Golf Courses near by: “Quinta da Barca” in Esposende and “Estela” in Povoa de Varzim. Great beaches, surf, windsurf and other sport activities. Cruises on Douro river.
