Our historic vacation house in the original Tyrolean farmhouse style is quietly located. The location offers a beautiful view of the Stubaier Alps from a sunny bench by the house. It is the largest all-year ski area in Austria- majestic glacier world! Telfes lies in the middle of the valley, 1000 m high, an Eldorado for winter and summer activities. During the winter, the ski regions in Stubaital Valley can be reached in a few minutes. The Stubaital Valley belongs to Tyrol’s top skiing areas. This is where athletic skiers and snowboarders come as well as recreational skiers and families. |

30 m² apartment for 2-4 people. In the lovely designed eat-in kitchen, there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, along with a couch bed (for 2 people). There is a double bed in the bedroom. The roomy bathroom is equipped with a shower/ toilet. In the extra entrance area, there is a cloakroom and you can place your skis or hiking equipment here. On request, a bakery in Tyrol can deliver you breakfast rolls, a shop (small bargain store) is found around the corner. 2 restaurants are located about 2 minutes away from the house. There is a parking space for the house and a sunny garden with lawn chairs and a patio for relaxing, sunbathing and eating. 2 mountain bikes belong to the house - you can use them free of charge. We are looking forward to your visit! |

Prices are valid for 2 people/ night - not including visitor's tax and final cleaning. Surcharge for third and fourth person: 6 Euro per day per person Bed sheets, SAT-TV, radio/ CD/ cassette recorder, radio alarm, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, towels for the kitchen and bathroom - all are available. 2 mountain bikes and hiking maps are present at your vacation rental and are offered free of charge. You will have your own garden with deck chairs and a patio for relaxing, sunbathing, eating and grilling. Small playground and house-owned parking space. The Stubaital Valley offers countless possibilities for your vacation.
