From the patio of your villa in South Sardinia you can enjoy the Mediterranean sea in the magnificient Geremas. Geremas is a lovely tourist locality in the east cost of Cagliari's bay. Its possible to reach it following the SP 17 that goes from Cagliari to Villasimius.

The villa, completely surronded by an independent garden, rich of mediterranean plants, olive trees, and green grass, is on a hill that ovelooks the beautiful white sandy beach of Geremeas. |

illa Il Carrubo is a magnificient indipendent villa characterized by an architecture developed by the architect Giambartolomei who drew inspiration from the ancient courtyard houses rivisited in a modern way. Perfect spaces that divide with a perfect balance the living area from the night area, that are organized on two floors. At the groung floor living room with fire place and dining room that overlooks the patio with sea view and the courtyard, the very well equipped kintchen, and a bathroom with shower. At the lower level, in the night area, there is a double bedroom with balcony, three twin bedrrom with single beds and three bathrooms with shower.
Around the villa the hug of a garden of almost 1300 sqm, that offer the energy and the intensity of the Mediterranean sea and its best genuine privacy in the splendor of the summer and in the warm intimacy of winter.
