Sitting-room (TV satellite), 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and douche & toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with two separate beds, kitchen. Bathroom with shower, toilet. Terrace at the front of the house and a terrace near the pool.

La Colonie’ is situated in grounds measuring 6 hectares.
4 beautiful spacious houses in La Colonie. One house for 4 persons (72 m2 at the ground floor), one for 6 persons (100 m2 also at the ground floor), a house for 6 persons Groudfloor and first floor and one house for 7 persons groundfloor and first floor.
There is a lounging area to the right of the building and various monumental trees adjacent to it. A 6 x 12 m swimming pool is located in the courtyard. In the evening you can sit outside the house, glass of wine in hand, and watch the sun go down with the twitter of birds and croak of frogs in the background. With a bit of luck you might even glimpse the owl fly across the field and bats flitting in the dusk.
Every Monday there is a colourful market in Samatan that is definitely worth a visit. Treat yourself to time out in the peace and calm of the natural surroundings at ‘La Colonie’. We look forward to extending you a warm welcome. |

Children can swim nicely in the swimming pool. Parents can relax on the terrace or in the playground. With or without a book simply a bit rest. From 1930 up to the beginning of 1960 a child colony had established in the complex. It is a large farm with a surface of plus-minus 1.000m². the right wing of the complex is restored and two apartments one for 6 persons and one for 4 persons, are located now. At the restoration the beauties of the past has been kept continued, such as stone floors, wood floors, fireplaces etc. Also there is a possibility to rent an apartment separately which has it's own entry. garden chairs and parasols are present. In June 2003 our third house became available, this one is located at the back. |
