1 - The advert doesn’t have the availability and prices, how can I have these information? It is possible the owner hadn’t updated the availability chart and the price list. We advise you to contact directly the owner by e-mail, telephone or fax to ask him for more information. |
| 2 - How can I find an advert through its reference. You must go to the homepage and look for “Search Properties” on your right side. You will find it below the “Login”. You will find a field “ref.” where you should write the reference you want to look for. |
| 3 - How to seek a property by its name (Ex: Fojo house) or an associated word? You must go to the homepage and look for “Search Properties” on your right side. You will find it below the “Login”. You will see a field “Free Search” where you should write the text you want to look for. |
| 4 - I can’t find an advert already consulted, how can I see it again? If you have made a research and haven’t found the advert you consulted previously, it is possible that advert is awaiting renewal. It will be published when owner renewals his advert. |
| 5 - To see the owners contact, I have to register myself as traveler? Yes, all users have to register on the website to see the owners contact. This register provides users a safety away of contact between Travelers and Owners. |
| 6 - How I can contact the owners and have their personal data? In the advert page detail you can find the owner information at the bottom of the page. If you are not identified, you should login as traveler to have access this information. A link “Send e-mail” will appear so you can send an information request directly to the owner. |
| 7 - What can I do if I couldn’t contact the owner by phone? Firstly you must check the owner’s country and confirm if the phone number has the respective international code. If it is correct, we ask you to send an email for travelers@dotvilla.com. We will check if there is some mistake or if the owner made some modification and did not inform Dotvilla.com about it. You can also email/fax the owner and ask him his correct phone number. |
| 8 - How to contact the owner if he does not answer e-mails? The owner is probably on holiday himself, be patient. Check the description page to see his phone or fax number. |
| 9 - How I can write an opinion about one property? The opinion service is reserved to Dotvilla.com users. You can write an opinion from your own Traveler’s account or from the detailed description of advert. |
| 10 - Can I give an opinion of a property which I did not rent? No. The opinion service is only used for the travelers who rented and enjoyed a stay in the property. When you let your opinion, Dotvilla.com will confirm if you rented the property with the owner. To send false opinions will cause the immediate suspension of user’s account. |
| 11 - Can I be simultaneously Traveler and Advertiser? Yes, to become Advertiser you must go to your Traveler personal menu on the right side and click “Become Advertiser”. Your request will be accepted and you will be able to change between both. A link will be placed on the top of the welcome page after the login:“ Owners account/Travellers account”. |
